Job Description
Step into a dynamic role supporting elementary-aged students as a Speech-Language Pathologist within a collaborative school environment near Fishers, IN. You’ll primarily serve one elementary building but will also provide support at a nearby site as needed, managing a manageable caseload of 51 students.

Desired Qualifications and Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid state licensure (or eligibility for licensure)
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, though strong CFs are encouraged to apply
- Previous experience with elementary school populations a plus
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with teachers, families, and support staff
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct screenings, assessments, and evaluations of students' speech and language abilities
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Provide direct speech-language therapy services to a diverse elementary student population
- Consult with teachers and parents to support student progress
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary teams
- Accurately document progress and maintain required records
