Qualifications/Experience:
- Hold a valid SLP license and Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC)
- Experience or strong interest working within school settings (K-12 preferred)
- Understanding of IEP development, implementation, and documentation
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Commitment to ethical practice and ongoing professional development
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and targeted interventions
- Maintain thorough documentation, progress monitoring, and IEP reporting
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student goals and classroom integration
- Participate in IEP meetings, parent conferences, and interdisciplinary planning sessions
- Provide direct therapy, consultative services, and prevention programs in alignment with students’ IEPs
