Key Responsibilities

• Work collaboratively with Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), therapists, and healthcare providers to ensure safety and dignity for all residents.
• Maintain accurate documentation in Electronic Health Records (EHR).
• Support initiatives aimed at enhancing quality and infection control.
• Provide education and support to residents and their families.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Current Registered Nurse license.
• Strong assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
