Title: Registered Nurse
Location: Redding, CA
Department: Intensive Care Unit (ICU)
Shifts Available: Per Diem - Days
Salary Range: $1,050 – $1,190 per shift (base gross)
Assignment Duration: 12 weeks

- Deliver direct patient care within the scope of RN practice
- Lead and facilitate patient and family education while guiding nursing staff in the ICU
- Take responsibility for the care and outcomes of assigned patients
- Communicate changes in patient conditions to physicians, including hemodynamic data and diagnostic results
- Respond promptly and accurately to alterations in patient conditions or treatment responses
- Provide safe, high-quality patient care utilizing the nursing process: assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation
- Valid and current state RN License
- Current BLS certification upon hire and maintain throughout employment
- Basic Arrhythmia Interpretation skills required
- Current ACLS certification upon hire and maintain throughout employment
- At least one year of experience as a staff RN in an acute care hospital, specifically in critical care
Our organization offers competitive pay, with an estimated compensation range for this role being $75.00 to $85.00. This estimate is specific to California and has not been adjusted for other locations. The final compensation offered will be determined during the hiring process, taking into account various factors such as skills, relevant experience, education, credentials, and licensure.
