• Dental Radiology certification
\n
• Expanded Functions Certification
\n
• Nitrous Capabilities
\n
• Dental software experience
\n
• A proven track record as a team player in a busy environment.

Essential Functions:

\n

\n
• Physically be present at the dental office to perform the necessary tasks for the patients as scheduled
\n
• Assist the dentist during a wide variety of 4-handed dental procedures.
\n
• Maintain a sterile and neat working environment according to current infection control and OSHA procedures
\n
• Stock operatories and maintain clinical supply inventory as directed.
\n
• Take and develop x-rays as needed
\n
• Request history from the patient and document in the system as needed
\n
• Help patients feel comfortable before, during and after dental treatments to the best of your ability
\n
• Provide instructions for oral care following surgery and other treatment procedures as needed for successful recovery
\n
• Cross train to support other rolls within the office as needed when time allows
\n
• Communicate with patients, peers, vendors and all persons entering the practice with courtesy and respect to reflect a positive experience toward all
\n
• Attend all assigned meetings
\n
• Follow all company policies and procedures
\n
• Other duties as assigned
\n
