Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Active Occupational Therapist (OT) license in the State of Wisconsin is required
• Experience in a school setting or with school-aged children strongly preferred
• Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with staff, students, and parents
• Ability to design and implement effective therapeutic interventions tailored to diverse student needs

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for students in grades K-12
• Deliver direct and consultative occupational therapy services based on student IEPs
• Collaborate with teachers, special educators, families, and other professionals to support student development
• Maintain accurate records of student progress and comply with all required documentation
• Participate in IEP meetings, staff development, and related school activities
