Key Qualifications:

• Valid Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
• Prior experience working in a school-based setting preferred
• Ability to manage a caseload of 50-70 PK-6th grade students
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Arizona state licensure (or eligibility for licensure)
• Enthusiasm for supporting student growth and educational goals

Position Details:

• Full-time, contract position
• Work hours are Monday through Friday, 7:30 am – 3:30 pm
• 30+ hours per week
• Caseload includes students from Pre-Kindergarten through 6th grade with various speech, language, and communication needs
• Design and implement individualized therapy plans
• Conduct thorough assessments and maintain accurate records
• Consult and collaborate regularly with teachers, staff, and families to foster student success
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to educational planning
