Pediatric School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Portland, Oregon

You’ll collaborate closely with students, educators, and families to foster communication development within a nurturing setting.

Key Qualifications:

• Hold a Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Active SLP state license for Oregon, or eligible for licensure by start date
• CCC-SLP certification welcomed; open to Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates
• Previous experience in pediatrics, school-based, or healthcare speech therapy settings is highly valued
• Skilled in assessment, developing IEPs, and delivering direct and consultative speech therapy services
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills

Role Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments to identify communication and speech disorders among preschool-aged students
• Develop, implement, and track progress on individualized treatment plans
• Deliver targeted speech-language interventions, both one-on-one and in group settings
• Collaborate with educators, support teams, and families to support student success
• Maintain meticulous documentation in line with regulatory and school requirements
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise on student communication needs
