Step into a fulfilling role supporting students as a valued Speech-Language Pathologist in a school-based setting this fall. This full-time contract position begins August 19th and continues through December 23rd, with the possibility of extending for the full academic year. You’ll work Monday through Friday, 7:45 AM to 3:30 PM, collaborating with a dynamic educational team and making a difference in students’ communication journeys.

What we’re seeking:

  • Current licensure as an SLP, with CCC credentials completed
  • Previous experience working in schools or with school-aged populations
  • Expertise with IEP development, meetings, and implementation
  • Skillful in speech and language evaluations and daily therapy sessions
  • Strong communication, documentation, and organizational abilities
  • Enthusiastic team player who values collaboration with teachers and families

What you’ll be doing:

  • Managing a caseload averaging around 45 students, ensuring individualized attention and growth
  • Conducting speech and language assessments and producing thorough reports
  • Developing, attending, and supporting IEP meetings and customized therapy plans
  • Providing direct therapy across speech and language domains
  • Collaborating with faculty to support students’ educational progress
  • Documenting progress and maintaining compliance with all school and state guidelines
