Qualifications & Experience:

  • Active BCBA certification (attach screenshot for submission)
  • Previous school-based BCBA or autism specialist experience (highly preferred)
  • Expertise in Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
  • Skilled in coaching teachers and paraprofessionals on evidence-based behavior strategies
  • Experience supporting autism classrooms and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
  • Reliable transportation (required for travel between four sites)
  • Must pass drug screen and background checks (CORI/fingerprinting)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Consult with staff on behavior support and intervention strategies
  • Conduct FBAs and develop/monitor BIPs
  • Provide classroom coaching and model interventions
  • Advise and train teachers and paraprofessionals in best practices for autism support
