Certified Nursing Assistant in Davis, CA

Minimum 1+ years Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) experience and CNA certificate required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Schedule/Hours:

Key Qualifications:

• Current California CNA certification required
• Previous experience working with students or individuals with intensive health needs preferred
• Strong skills in toileting, diapering, and patient lifting/transfers
• Ability to deliver personal care with respect, dignity, and professionalism
• Flexibility and patience to adapt to changing needs
• Effective communication and collaboration with educators, therapists, and families

Essential Responsibilities:

• Provide consistent, one-on-one care and supervision for an intensive needs student throughout the school day
• Support with mobility, toileting, diapering, and lifting following appropriate safety protocols
• Monitor student’s personal health status and promptly report any concerns to appropriate staff
• Foster a supportive, safe, and inclusive environment for the student
• Assist with activities of daily living as directed by care plans or school health staff
• Maintain accurate records of care provided and participate in team meetings as required
