Staff Pharmacist | Collierville, Tennessee

Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, active Pharmacist license, and minimum 1+ years Pharmacist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Location: Collierville, TN (specialty pharmacy setting)

Schedule:

• Monday through Friday
• 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive pharmaceutical care to patients requiring specialized infused medications, including factor replacement therapies and novel agents such as emicizumab.
• Educate patients and their families on proper drug administration, side effect management, medication adherence, and safe home handling.
• Coordinate care effectively with physicians, nurses, and in-house care coordinators to optimize treatment outcomes.
• Collaborate with reimbursement specialists to navigate insurance plans, manage prior authorizations, and identify financial assistance options.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Active Tennessee Pharmacist License (required)
• Arkansas Pharmacist License highly preferred
• Experience with CareTend software highly desirable; training provided if necessary
• Willingness to obtain additional state licenses as required
• Strong work ethic with a drive to grow professionally in a low-volume, specialized pharmacy environment
