Qualifications & Experience:

• Current, valid Texas SLPA license is required
• Previous school setting experience preferred
• Ability to begin quickly and complete fingerprinting/background checks per Texas state mandate
• Flexible, proactive, and comfortable managing changing assignments as details are finalized
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech-language therapy support services under supervision of licensed SLPs
• Implement therapy plans and collect data to monitor student progress
• Collaborate with instructional teams and school staff as needed
• Adapt services to meet the needs of various age groups and individual student goals
• Maintain accurate documentation consistent with district and regulatory standards
