🕗 Schedule: Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
BG Staffing is seeking a dependable and hardworking Make Ready Technician to support a busy apartment community in Austin, TX 78705. If you have experience with apartment turns, general maintenance, and property upkeep, this is a great opportunity to put your skills to work with a supportive team and a fast-paced community.

- Complete apartment make-readies and unit turns efficiently and on schedule
- Prepare vacant apartments for new residents through repairs, touch-ups, and inspections
- Perform basic electrical, plumbing, and carpentry repairs
- Install and replace fixtures, hardware, and other apartment components
- Troubleshoot and perform minor appliance repairs
- Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas
- Communicate project status and maintenance needs with onsite staff
- Ensure all work meets company quality and safety standards
'05; Previous experience as a Make Ready Technician or Apartment Maintenance Technician required
'05; Working knowledge of:
- Basic electrical repairs
- Basic plumbing repairs
- Carpentry and hardware installation
- Appliance troubleshooting
'05; Must provide your own basic tools
'05; Ability to safely operate hand and power tools
'05; Ability to lift, carry, bend, climb, and perform physical labor throughout the workday
'05; Dependable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
