BG Staffing is hiring a dependable Groundskeeper to support a beautiful apartment community in Austin, TX 78705. If you enjoy working outdoors and take pride in keeping properties clean, safe, and welcoming, we'd love to hear from you!

Responsibilities

• Maintain community grounds, breezeways, and common areas
• Remove trash and debris throughout the property
• Assist with landscaping, lawn care, and exterior upkeep
• Power wash walkways and exterior surfaces as needed
• Support maintenance staff with basic tasks
• Help prepare vacant units for new residents
• Ensure the property remains clean and inviting

Requirements

• Previous groundskeeping, landscaping, or labor experience preferred
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated
• Strong attention to detail and work ethic
• Team player with a positive attitude
