Step into a meaningful contract opportunity providing speech-language pathology services for young learners in a supportive PreK-2 school setting. This role is designed to cover an FMLA leave from October 1 through December 23, offering you the chance to make an immediate and positive impact during a critical time of the school year. Working full-time, you’ll engage directly with students each school day for 7 hours, with a half-hour unpaid lunch.

Key Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
  • Holds or is eligible for SLP-CCC or SLP-CFY credential
  • Current state SLP licensure valid for school settings
  • Experience or interest in working with PreK-2nd grade students
  • Strong communication, organization, and case management abilities
  • Passion for supporting diverse learners and collaborating with educational staff

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct therapy services to PreK-2 students as part of a dynamic intervention team
  • Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments
  • Collaborate with educators, administrators, and families to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Maintain accurate documentation, progress reports, and timely case management
  • Offer consultative support to classroom teachers and staff as needed
  • Foster a welcoming, inclusive environment that encourages student participation and growth
