Desired Qualifications:

  • Active or eligibility to obtain CCC-SLP or SLP-CF licensure in the State of Florida
  • Background or strong interest in pediatric speech therapy within educational settings
  • Experience or training as SLP-CCC, SLP-CFY, or interest in completing Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
  • Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills

Responsibilities:

  • Provide assessment and therapy services to elementary-aged students exhibiting a variety of speech and language needs
  • Design and implement individualized treatment plans, progress monitoring, and data collection
  • Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to support student progress and IEP goals
  • Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and contribute to a supportive school community
  • Maintain accurate records and adhere to all state and federal school-based therapy requirements

What You Can Expect:This assignment ensures a steady schedule—Monday through Friday, 6:45 am to 2:15 pm, totaling 37.5 hours each week.
