• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide direct support to students individually and in small groups, reinforcing lessons and activities led by the classroom teacher
• Help implement behavior intervention plans and track student progress

• Prepare learning materials, assist with organization, and contribute to a positive classroom environment
• Foster student independence and confidence through encouragement and appropriate assistance
• Participate in meetings, trainings, and collaboration sessions as needed
