Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Previous experience working with children or in an educational setting preferred
- Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, staff, and other paraprofessionals

- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional coursework or certification in education or special education is a plus
- Flexibility to adapt to diverse student needs and daily classroom changes
- Reliable, punctual, and dedicated to promoting student success
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist teachers with classroom instruction, activities, and student supervision
- Support students individually and in small groups to reinforce learning concepts
- Help manage classroom behavior and facilitate a positive learning environment
- Provide assistance to students with special needs, supporting their educational plans
- Aid with setting up educational materials, organizing classroom resources, and preparing activities
- Participate in school meetings, trainings, and collaborate on student progress as needed
