Make a meaningful impact as a School Psychologist by supporting early learners and collaborating with a dedicated multidisciplinary team for the 2026-2027 academic year. This contract position offers part-time hours—14 to 15 hours per week—and is based onsite at a welcoming elementary campus. Your expertise will help shape outcomes for preschool students undergoing assessments, primarily for Autism and related needs, as part of a focused arena evaluation process for children turning three. You’ll work closely with a speech-language pathologist and two experienced diagnosticians to deliver vital services within a supportive educational environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct psychological assessments and participate in arena evaluations for preschool-aged students, with an emphasis on Autism evaluations.
  • Collaborate as an active member of the preschool evaluation team, working alongside a speech-language pathologist and diagnosticians.
  • Provide clear, concise recommendations to support student success based on assessment outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with school and district standards.
  • Start date is flexible within the window of August 10th to 17th, giving you time to transition smoothly.

Qualifications and Experience Sought:

  • Valid School Psychologist certification and eligibility to practice in Indiana.
  • Experience working with young children, ideally in school or early childhood settings.
  • Strong assessment skills, particularly regarding Autism evaluations.
  • Collaborative mindset, comfortable working in a multidisciplinary team setting.
  • No CPI certification required.
