Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current or eligible Minnesota SLP licensure (Clinical Fellow Year [CFY] welcome)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or eligibility
• Experience with pediatric and school-based speech therapy
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Valid driver’s license

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct SLP services in person across multiple school districts
• Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders
• Collaborate with educators, families, and fellow SLPs
• Document progress and adapt therapy plans for individual student needs
• Fill in for staff on leave and supplement overloaded teams
