Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current or eligible Minnesota SLP licensure (Clinical Fellow Year [CFY] welcome)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or eligibility
- Experience with pediatric and school-based speech therapy
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Valid driver’s license
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct SLP services in person across multiple school districts
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders
- Collaborate with educators, families, and fellow SLPs
- Document progress and adapt therapy plans for individual student needs
- Fill in for staff on leave and supplement overloaded teams
