What You’ll Do: \n
\n Manage client insurance accounts and keep their information up to date. \n
\n Guide clients through policy changes, renewals, billings and insurance claims. \n
\n Provide guidance on insurance products and services. \n
\n Collaborate with the team to strategize and hit business targets. \n

Data Entry, Conversation with clients via phone, email or text

What We’re Looking For:

\n Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
\n Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
Prior experience in insurance or a related field is a plus , but we're also excited to train the right candidate!

Qualification:

Willing to pursue Property & Casualty Insurance License through the State of Washington (or already possess the license)
