Desired Qualifications & Experience:

• Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist in California
• Previous experience providing OT services in a school environment (elementary and PreK preferred)
• Strong understanding of pediatric occupational therapy assessments and interventions
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Excellent communication and record-keeping skills
• Committed to fostering students’ functional independence and inclusion

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct therapy services to elementary and PreK students on site
• Conduct assessments and develop Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and support staff to implement intervention plans
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports
• Consult on adaptive strategies and classroom modifications to ensure student participation
• Contribute to a positive, inclusive, and nurturing learning environment
