You’ll play a vital role in collaborative teams, contributing to the development and ongoing monitoring of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs). Every day, your expertise will help students reach their fullest potential.
What We’re Looking For:
- Master’s Degree in Speech and Language Pathology
- Current, valid Washington State ESA Certificate for speech/language pathologists
- Valid Restraint Certification
- Experience equivalency or clinical competence certificate (or eligibility to obtain)
- Familiarity with special education programs strongly preferred
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, assess, and determine eligibility for students with communication disorders
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and monitor IEPs
- Provide direct and consultative speech-language therapy services
- Maintain all required documentation and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
- Foster a supportive, inclusive learning environment focused on each student’s success
