Responsibilities include:

  • Delivering evidence-based speech and language therapy to elementary caseloads
  • Conducting evaluations and assessments to develop individualized treatment plans
  • Participating in IEP meetings and contributing to special education processes
  • Maintaining clear documentation and progress reports in accordance with school and state standards
  • Collaborating closely with teachers, parents, and support staff to maximize student outcomes
  • Providing both group and one-on-one interventions to meet a diverse range of needs

What you'll bring:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Current license (or eligibility for licensure) as a Speech-Language Pathologist in South Carolina
  • Prior experience working with school-aged children, preferably at the elementary level
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to adapt therapy techniques to suit individual student needs
  • Team-oriented mindset and a passion for making a difference in educational settings
