What we’re looking for:

• Active state Occupational Therapy license
• Current IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card
• Previous experience working as an OT in schools strongly preferred
• Ability to manage a varied caseload with students across PreK–8th grade
• Dedication to collaborative, multidisciplinary educational teams
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Professionalism and adaptability in dynamic school environments

In this role, you will:

• Deliver direct OT services to students onsite
• Assess student needs, develop individualized plans, and track progress
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to maximize student success
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to documentation and reporting
• Provide consultative support to school staff as needed
• Help students develop fine motor, sensory processing, and adaptive skills for academic participation
