Job Description
Nursing degree, active registered nurse (RN) license and minimum 1+ years OR RN experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Active RN license in good standing
- Minimum of one year recent RN experience in the Operating Room (OR)
- Proficient in perioperative nursing processes, including patient assessment, preparation, and post-operative care
- Strong critical thinking, organizational, and communication skills
- BLS and ACLS certifications (current and required)
- Ability to collaborate effectively with surgeons and multidisciplinary teams
Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive nursing care before, during, and after surgical procedures
- Assist surgeons and surgical teams in maintaining a sterile field and handling surgical instruments
- Monitor patient status, recognize changes, and respond promptly to ensure safety
- Provide education and support to patients and families regarding procedures and recovery
- Accurately document care and progress in patient records
- Maintain compliance with all safety, ethical, and facility protocols

$2,057 - $2,176/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
