Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program (MSW preferred)
• Licensure or eligibility for licensure as a School Social Worker in Colorado
• Previous experience supporting students within a school setting is highly valued
• Proven ability to navigate diverse cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds with compassion
• Strong communication, advocacy, and crisis intervention skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams
