Position Overview

Moran Blue Water Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram is seeking a skilled and motivated Automotive Service Technician to join our growing A/C and automotive service team. We are looking for an individual who is committed to delivering high-quality repairs, exceptional customer service, and maintaining the highest standards of workmanship.

Essential Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain automotive air conditioning systems and related components.
• Perform vehicle inspections to identify mechanical, electrical, and HVAC-related issues.
• Complete repairs and maintenance according to manufacturer specifications and dealership standards.
• Utilize diagnostic equipment and repair tools effectively.
• Accurately document repair orders, inspections, and recommendations.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
• Collaborate with service advisors and team members to ensure efficient workflow and customer satisfaction.
• Stay current with automotive technology and manufacturer training requirements.
• Adhere to all safety procedures and company policies.

Qualifications

• Previous automotive technician experience preferred.
• Experience diagnosing and repairing automotive A/C systems strongly preferred.
• ASE certifications are a plus.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to operate diagnostic equipment and repair tools.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, bend, lift, and work in a service shop environment for extended periods.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Capability to perform vehicle inspections and repairs in a fast-paced environment.
