Key Responsibilities- 24-hour on-call duty with shifts from 7 AM to 7 AM
- Provide vacation coverage
- Manage an average inpatient census of 0 to 3 patients daily
- On-call support for emergency room admissions
- Cover Level I Nursery and pediatric floor
- Perform intubation procedures (emergency situations only)
- Facilitate approximately 25 to 30 deliveries each month
- Current NRP and PALS certifications are mandatory
- Flexible scheduling with a focus on work-life balance
