Structural Steel Foreman -- Direct Hire | Atlanta/Columbus, GA

TradeWise Staffing Group has partnered with an established commercial contractor to hire an experienced Structural Steel Foreman for ongoing work in the Atlanta/Columbus, GA area. This is a direct hire, permanent position — not a temp assignment. Get on a solid crew with a company that keeps its people busy.

What you'll be running:

\n
• Lead crews on structural steel erection for commercial and industrial projects
\n
• Read and interpret structural drawings, shop drawings, and erection plans
\n
• Coordinate crane picks, rigging, and material flow on site
\n
• Enforce OSHA safety standards and keep the crew tight and productive
\n
• Report progress to superintendent/PM and keep the schedule moving
\n

What we're looking for:

\n
• 5+ years structural steel erection experience, with time running crews as a foreman
\n
• Strong blueprint and erection drawing knowledge
\n
• Rigging and signaling experience; comfortable coordinating crane operations
\n
• Solid safety record and OSHA 30 (preferred)
\n
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel between Atlanta/Columbus job sites
\n
• Leadership presence — someone the crew respects and follows
\n
