Key Responsibilities

• Implement the nursing process while collaborating with interdisciplinary team members to provide patient care.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, adhering to established nursing protocols and policies.
• Maintain accurate documentation in line with care standards.
• Design, initiate, and manage individualized patient care plans.
• Engage in performance improvement initiatives within the department or unit.
• Offer clinical expertise and support to other departments or units.
• Employ critical thinking skills to ensure patient safety and experience, escalating concerns as necessary.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a relevant healthcare setting.
• Current RN license in Wisconsin or a Multi-state license.
• Certification in CPR and BLS is mandatory.

Working Conditions
