We are excited to invite applications for a full-time OB/GYN position at our clinic located in Richland, Washington. This is a remarkable opportunity for recent graduates, as you will collaborate with a large, supportive team comprising 8 physicians and 10 advanced practice providers (APPs). Our facility includes an Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC), a Perinatal Center, and a Fertility Clinic, making it a vibrant environment for professional growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive obstetric and gynecological care to patients.
  • Collaborate with a dedicated team to ensure high-quality patient outcomes.
  • Participate in the delivery of over 2,700 births annually.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • New graduates are highly encouraged to apply; however, prior experience is advantageous.
  • Eligibility for J1 waiver and H1-B sponsorship is available, with expert immigration counsel provided in-house.
Working Conditions

This full-time position offers a dynamic work environment within a busy OB/GYN group. The clinic is part of a growing network of primary and specialty care providers in the Tri-Cities area of northeast Oregon and southeast Washington.

Compensation and Benefits
  • Attractive sign-on bonus of $90,000 and $15,000 for relocation assistance.
  • Compensation may include productivity or quality/service incentives, call pay, and extra shift incentives, as applicable.
