Your Future Role Overview

Schedule: 5-day work week, 8 AM - 4:30 PM

Call Schedule: Participate in a 1:4 call rotation with the physicians at our facility, with the possibility of expanding to a 1:5 rotation upon approval.

Practice Details: Join a team of three generalists, supported by dedicated night and weekend OB Hospitalist coverage.

Delivery Site: Full-service perinatal center focused on women's health.

Your Impact in This Role

We are looking for a full-time OB/GYN physician to join our established practice. Office hours will be at our Primary & Specialty Care Center, which emphasizes family medicine and includes primary care and pediatrics. Deliveries will take place at our full-service perinatal center, which is dedicated to addressing the unique needs of women and providing personalized care throughout all life stages. Our facility also offers various services, including a Breast Center, Pelvic health services, and a DaVinci Robotic system.

Key Highlights

• Join a call group consisting of three OB/GYN physicians, along with an additional GYN-only partner.
• Generalist OBGYNs will also engage in OB hospitalist coverage, with shift details to be discussed during contract negotiations.
• OB Hospitalists will manage calls and in-house responsibilities for the entire team, ensuring a balanced call frequency that supports a family-oriented lifestyle.
• Supervise up to four Certified Nurse Midwives at the same location.

Minimum Requirements

• Licensure / Certification / Registration: Must possess MD/DO credentials from the Indiana Medical Licensing Board prior to the hire or transfer date. Advanced Life Support certification is preferred, with American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• Education: Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) is required.
