Qualifications:

• Active School Psychologist Credential required for practice in the state
• Previous experience working within K-12 settings is preferred
• Solid understanding of special education procedures, IEP development, and assessment tools
• Strong collaboration, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to manage a caseload of around 70 students efficiently and compassionately

Responsibilities:

• Conduct psychoeducational assessments, observations, and data analysis to determine student needs
• Collaborate in the development and monitoring of Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
• Support crisis intervention and provide individual and group counseling as needed
• Offer consultation services to teachers, administrators, and families to support positive learning environments
• Maintain thorough and confidential student records, in compliance with regulations
• Play an active role in multidisciplinary teams, ensuring student-centered solutions
