Job Description

Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Current, valid North Carolina SLP License required
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
- Previous experience in a school setting or working with pediatric populations strongly encouraged
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Passion for supporting academic and social-emotional growth in children
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Provide direct speech and language therapy to students in group and individual settings
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
- Document progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with district and state requirements
- Participate in team meetings and support school-based initiatives for student wellness and success
