Key Qualifications:
- Current active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Illinois
- Previous experience as a school RN is required
- Experience in critical care settings preferred
- Strong pediatric clinical abilities and quick response skills
- Clear and compassionate communication style
- Ability to collaborate effectively with school staff, faculty, and family

Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct care to a 4-year-old student requiring oxygen therapy during school hours
- Monitor and maintain the safety and health of the student under your care
- Administer medications or interventions as prescribed
- Communicate updates regarding health status to parents and school staff as needed
- Maintain accurate documentation of nursing care provided
- Adhere to established school health policies and protocols
This assignment offers consistent work every Friday morning from August 13, 2026, through May 28, 2027, with hours from 8:45AM to 11:45AM. The role is designed as a meaningful way for an experienced school RN to contribute clinical skills in a structured, supportive environment.
