Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Psychology (required)
- Active credentials necessary to practice as a School Psychologist in Arizona
- IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card
- Familiarity with current best practices in assessment, intervention, and support strategies
- Ability to travel between locations within the district as needed
- Proven experience collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
- Excellent communication, organizational, and documentation skills
Core Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive psychological assessments and consultative services to students
- Collaborate with educators, families, and administrators to develop individualized intervention plans
- Support compliance with state and federal guidelines for special education
- Participate in IEP meetings, sharing insights on cognitive, academic, and behavioral needs
- Deliver crisis intervention, counseling, and support as required
