Per Diem Staff Pharmacist | Orlando, Florida

Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, active Pharmacist license, and minimum 1+ years Pharmacist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Support a specialized pharmacy serving a sensitive patient population as a Per Diem Staff Pharmacist in the Orlando, FL area. This opportunity includes per diem coverage at a pharmacy in Plantation (Ft. Lauderdale), FL and another nearby location, offering flexibility and variety for experienced pharmacists.

Location: Orlando, FL, with opportunities in Plantation (Ft. Lauderdale), FL, and surrounding areas
Schedule:

• Monday through Thursday: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
• Friday: 8:30 AM – 12:30 PM
• No weekends required
• Immediate coverage needed Thursday, 7/30, from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Dispense retail and specialty HIV/AIDS medications with high accuracy and care
• Build trusting relationships with HIV/AIDS patients, emphasizing respect, empathy, and confidentiality
• Communicate effectively with patients and healthcare providers to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Exhibit proactive pharmacy intuition by identifying and responding to pharmacy operational needs
• Collaborate with the pharmacy team to maintain a positive and supportive work environment

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• 1-2+ years of experience in retail or specialty HIV/AIDS medication dispensing, explicitly noted on resume
• Proficient in QS1 pharmacy software or similar platforms
• Demonstrated sensitivity and respect toward HIV/AIDS patient population
• Strong communication skills with patients, providers, and team members
• Dependable with a strong commitment to punctuality and consistent attendance
