Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communicative Disorders
- Current state licensure or eligibility to obtain state SLP licensure
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; strong CFs considered
- Previous experience in a school setting or with pediatric populations is highly desirable
- Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills
Primary Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans (IEPs) in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
- Provide direct therapy services in individual and group settings
- Monitor student progress and document outcomes to support academic achievement
- Consult with teachers, families, and other school staff to support students' communication needs
- Maintain accurate and timely records in compliance with school and state guidelines
