Your expertise will be valued as you travel between schools, delivering direct in-person speech services to children who need them most—including those whose families prefer in-person therapy, as well as stepping in for maternity leaves or alleviating high caseloads. Desired Background & Qualifications:
- Active SLP license or eligibility in Minnesota
- CCC-SLP or CFY candidates welcome
- Experience or strong interest in pediatric/ school-based speech therapy
- Ability and willingness to travel within an 8-district region
- Enjoys variety and adapting to different school environments
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver in-person speech-language pathology services to school-aged children
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, voice, language, and communication disorders
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, IEP teams, and families to support student progress
- Provide therapy for both short-term assignments (e.g., maternity leaves) and ongoing support addressing high caseloads
- Maintain thorough documentation according to school and state guidelines
- Flexibly float between schools based on assignment and need
