Job Description
Nursing degree, active registered nurse (RN) license and minimum 1+ years NICU RN experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Key Qualifications:
- Active RN license in good standing
- At least one year of recent experience in a NICU setting
- Strong knowledge of neonatal intensive care protocols and equipment
- Ability to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care for high-acuity infants
- Proficiency in effective communication with multidisciplinary care teams and families
- Current BLS and NRP certifications
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide continuous monitoring and assessment of neonates, delivering interventions per physician orders and NICU standards
- Administer medications, IV therapies, and complex treatments for premature and critically ill infants
- Collaborate with neonatologists and allied professionals to develop and implement patient care plans
- Educate and support families throughout their NICU experience, ensuring a family-centered approach to care
- Accurately document all assessments, interventions, and outcomes in electronic medical records
- Maintain strict adherence to infection control, safety protocols, and best practices for NICU care

$2,149 - $2,274/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
