LICENSED PRACTICAL NURSE

Job Opportunity: Licensed Practical Nurse

Our organization is in search of a dedicated and empathetic Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide exceptional, patient-focused care within our Healthcare & Medical Services division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering direct bedside care, administering medications, executing treatments, and closely monitoring and documenting patient conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care at the bedside.
• Administer prescribed medications and perform necessary treatments.
• Monitor patient status and maintain accurate documentation.
• Collaborate effectively with Registered Nurses, physicians, therapists, and family members.
• Support and implement care plans.
• Participate in interdisciplinary rounds to enhance patient care.
• Educate patients and their caregivers on health management.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Current and valid LPN license.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team.
• Commitment to providing high-quality patient care.
