\nWe are seeking a compassionate and experienced Nurse Supervisor, RN to lead and coordinate daily nursing operations within our specialty practice. This role is responsible for supervising clinical staff, ensuring high-quality patient care, and supporting physicians in delivering exceptional outcomes.

Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Supervise and coordinate daily activities of nursing staff \n
- Oversee clinical operations and address nursing practice issues \n
- Direct patient care functions, including:\n
- \n
- Assessment \n
- Planning \n
- Implementation \n
- Evaluation \n
\n - Provide professional nursing care in alignment with established standards \n
- Assist physicians with patient treatments and clinical procedures \n
- Complete and maintain accurate clinical documentation \n
- Foster a caring, friendly, and professional environment for patients, families, and staff \n
- Ensure adherence to Mercy’s philosophy and values in all interactions \n
- Perform additional duties as assigned \n

- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing \n
- \n
- Current, valid Registered Nurse (RN) license \n
- Current CPR certification \n
- \n
- Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience required \n
- Supervisory experience preferred \n
- \n
- Strong clinical and patient care expertise \n
- Knowledge of medications, treatments, and diagnostic procedures \n
- Ability to educate patients and support self-care programs \n
- Skill in performing and assisting with medical procedures \n
- Calm and effective response in emergency situations \n
- Ability to interpret and apply policies and clinical guidelines \n
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills \n
- Strong organizational and leadership abilities \n
- Basic computer skills for clinical documentation and data entry \n
- Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships \n
- \n
- Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs regularly \n
- Prolonged standing and walking during shifts \n
- Frequent bending, reaching, kneeling, twisting, and squatting \n
