This position is ideal for professionals dedicated to supporting student growth and communication skills through the entire school year, from August 6th to May 28th, across one or two engaging school sites.
Leverage your SLP-CCC credentials and school-based experience in a vibrant educational setting. With a caseload averaging about 60 students, this full-time role (37.5 hours per week) offers the chance to focus on either elementary, middle, or high school populations—your preference will be taken into account. Immerse yourself fully onsite, ensuring collaborative connections with students and school staff.
Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
- Active SLP licensure in Texas
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
- Prior experience in school-based settings strongly preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Flexibility to work across 1-2 sites
- Commitment to fostering a supportive and inclusive learning environment
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments, develop IEP goals, and deliver therapy services to students with communication needs
- Collaborate closely with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
