Step into a rewarding contract opportunity supporting students’ communication development in a dynamic school setting near Monument, CO. We’re seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) or Clinical Fellow (CF) interested in working full time, with supervision provided by the district. This is an excellent chance to expand your expertise, collaborate with a supportive team, and make a meaningful difference in the lives of students.

You will work with approximately 39 students, primarily presenting with mild to moderate articulation and pragmatic needs. All sessions take place on one campus, streamlining your day-to-day routine. There are no students requiring assistive technology devices at this site, allowing for focused intervention strategies.

Desired Qualifications & Experience:

  • Active or eligible SLPA license, or candidacy for Clinical Fellowship in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Previous experience with school-aged populations is a plus, but not required
  • Understanding of articulation and pragmatic language disorders
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and documentation skills
  • Commitment to fostering a positive, inclusive learning environment

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide speech and language services under the supervision of a licensed SLP per district guidelines
  • Work with students in both small groups and individual settings
  • Support development and carryover of articulation and pragmatic language skills
  • Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes
  • Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to maximize student success
