What you’ll bring:
- Valid licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC or CFY)
- Experience or interest in school-based therapy, with comfort managing a diverse K-12 caseload
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
- Ability to develop tailored treatment plans and evaluate student progress

Key responsibilities:
- Provide individualized and group speech/language therapy to students across grade levels
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders
- Maintain detailed and accurate documentation on student progress
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student goals
- Develop and implement IEPs in accordance with district and state requirements
- Participate in multi-disciplinary team meetings and contribute insights on student needs
- Educate teachers and staff on language development strategies and interventions
