Key Qualifications:

  • Current Minnesota Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license required
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
  • Experience working with early childhood or elementary populations, particularly with ECSE (Early Childhood Special Education) caseloads
  • Ability to provide direct therapy, implement IEPs, and conduct assessments for children ages 3-5
  • Strong communication skills for collaboration with staff and parents
  • Organized and adaptable, with the ability to manage a diverse caseload

Your Responsibilities:

  • Deliver speech and language therapy services to early childhood students
  • Complete comprehensive assessments and develop/implement individualized treatment plans
  • Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
  • Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports
  • Foster positive relationships with students, families, and colleagues
  • Support inclusion and differentiated instruction within classroom and small group settings
