Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) or Counseling from an accredited institution
- Current State of Michigan licensure (LMSW or LPC); LLMSW/LLPC considered with expectation to gain full licensure
- Prior school-based social work or counseling experience preferred
- Experience with collaborative, multidisciplinary teams
- Ability to provide official university transcripts, LARA license, and MDE SW Approval
- Comfortable working onsite with K-12 students
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and evaluate tiered student interventions
- Consult and provide case management, supporting general and special education
- Participate in MTSS and student support meetings
- Manage and report data; utilize evidence-based intervention strategies
- Engage families in the educational process and coordinate multi-service supports
- Provide individual and group interventions
- Maintain thorough student records and documentation
