Ten paraprofessional positions are open for a contract running from September 1, 2026, through June 16, 2027. Roles include a mix of one-on-one and classroom support, serving middle and high school students, in a welcoming environment near Hampton, NH.

Preferred candidates will bring some prior experience working in school settings, though a passion for helping students and a can-do attitude are the most valued traits. There are no specific paraprofessional certifications or advanced education requirements beyond a high school diploma—proof of completion is required.

Key Qualifications:

• High school diploma (no additional certifications required)
• Previous experience in a school environment preferred
• Ability to provide three completed professional references, including from your most recent manager, prior to interviewing
• Strong commitment to supporting student success in both 1:1 and classroom roles

Role Details:

• Serve as a supportive presence in the classroom or as a personal paraprofessional to assigned students
• Assist teachers and staff with implementing lesson plans and activities
• Provide encouragement, redirection, and assistance to students throughout the school day
• Maintain confidentiality and foster an inclusive, positive learning atmosphere

Schedule:

• 32.5 hours per week, aligned with school hours (Middle School: 7:10am-2:10pm; High School: 7:30am-2:30pm), with a 30-minute unpaid lunch
